Lemon BlueBerry Balls of Bliss

Ingrediens:

1/2 cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats

1/2 cup Gluten Free Quick Oats

1/2 cup smooth Almond Butter

3 Scoops (= 1/2 cup) Arbonne’s FeelFit Vanilla Protein Powder

1 coop GutHealth Prebiotic Fiber

5 Tbsp Coconut Oil, melted

Zest from 1 lemon

1/2 cup Dried Blueberries

1-2 Tbsp cup Chia or Poppy seeds

  • optional 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

How to:

In a large bowl combine Oats, protein & fiber. Mix Well

Add almond butter, coconut oil, and lemon zest. Mix until batter forms.

Add blueberries and seeds and mix again.

Scoop out batter and roll into balls.

notes:

Balls will keep for 1-2 weeks, more if you store them in the Fridge.
