I deny her feelings, I make her work harder to get the job done. You can’t rest yet there is too much to do. We want this to go well, that’s gonna be a lot of “hard work.” The believe “you have to work hard for what you want.” GAHHHHHHHH I can’t let go of this fucking limiting belief yet! Why? …. because I am not telling myself often enough that it can be easy. That it is easy, that i am perfectly imperfectly and so enough just the way I was born. You don't become an expert by just reading

Everything we do in life, we are practicing!!! Practicing at being human. There is nothing that you are currently doing that you have not practiced how to do. And yeah, there is a huge sliding scale in everyones abilities, some do things better or worse than you, but do you really need to be an expert teeth brusher? I guess if you want to avoid cavities you should become an expert at your oral hygiene.
