A message from our opening speaker, the great Debbie Neal
Before the event she posted on her instagram:
"I want to give you a bit of different spin to "all the things we were supposed to be doing right now" With Extreme sensitivity and compassion too tall thats going on in the world, I believe god has a plan. It's bigger than all of us and when we focus on the present, being still, being where we are, we will fine the blessing.
Most of us think we are supposed to be in Vegas or supposed to be on a plane heading there this week....We weren't supposed to be on the plane or in Vegas this year, or else we would be. We get sad about things when we push against reality.
The reality is we aren't there and I believe it was Gods plan for this year and I'm trusting in him. There is beauty in everything. There is always gifts in silver linings. We are exactly where we are suppose to be at this point in time."
She kicked off the event with gusto in typical Debbie Neal style. Speaking life into all 35,000 virtual participants. Reminding us that at Arbonne we continue to raise the bar of excellence in everything we do.
As a little surprise, she was given the Spirit of Arbonne Honoree award, which is a pretty big deal in the Arbonn-sphere. Recipients embody the mission and philosophy of Arbonne. They inspire the next generation of leaders to pursue their dreams in their personal lives, when working with their teams, or while supporting the Arbonne Charitable Foundation®. They value inclusion and diversity because they believe Arbonne is for everyone. Debbie is the embodyment of this award as a Mentor & Leader in this organization.
My thoughts about Vegas (Written pre GTC)
So I was really upset about Vegas personally. I mean really upset. About February when I was really building momentum, I realized that I couldn't go. I was heart broken, depressed and most of all I really let myself down. Last year at GTC was the most fun had in such a long time, I felt so Alive!!!! I felt completely inspired and free being surrounded with so many other women who, like me Love Arbonne. I couldn't go for multiple reasons and I understand and accept that I couldn't. But at the end of the day I'm still sad and mostly disappointed in myself.
Now, If you don't know this, I tend to get down on myself a lot. I set too high of expectations on myself then I can't perform up to those expectations and feel like failure. Some would say I'm reaching for too high of goals, they are not realistic. But, to me, if you shoot for the moon and land in the stars aren't you still going somewhere? Still growing? Isn't that enough of a push, motivation to keep you going?
That's the piece I miss all too often. I don't allow myself the credit of the accomplishment I HAVE. The growth I had achieved. The things I HAVE done. What I AM doing. The success I DO HAVE, I am thankful for this time to allow me the gift of reflection and perspective. And Steve, I sure love this man, he reminds me all the time how good of a job I am doing. He builds me up. What I am working on is how I can do this for myself so I can do it better for others.

Arbonne will match all donations made to the Flourish Arbonne Foundation globally between April 9–30, 2020, up to $200,000 USD
*Flourish Arbonne Foundation will designate non-profit homeless youth shelters in the United States, Canada, Australia and United Kingdom to receive donations from Arbonne For Good initiative.

Jesika Garsch
She shared her amazing story of the only thing money can't buy, HOPE. Howe strength comes from overcoming things you never thought you could do. For her it was remaining still for hours while doctors perform an explorative surgery to biopsy her liver without sedation. How even when facing complete liver failure she never gave up hope because her Arbonne community was there, testing for liver donation matches.
My biggest take away from her is that it is possible to adopt a mindset that every obstacle is just a set up for your future. The Energy of hope is contagious and it needs to radiate within us all.
Kindra Hall
She trained on becoming the best story teller and discovering your unique story. One area that I defiantly need more insight and guidance on because, well, I never believed my story to be that impactful so I revert back to my comfort zone of facts and details. But that is not true, my story is unique to me, I just have to feel it and express those emotions (another thing out of my comfort zone).

The journey to success begins with a decided heart, based in a commitment in what you believe before you receive any achievement. Commitment that is all in and non-conditional. In a consistent effort that is a priority, even without evidence of its affects,. Success comes from an unwavering belief, because belief is a choice that has power. "Change your thoughts, Change your life."
Lastly, success comes from a passion for excellence. Again, another choice that you have the power to control for your life. The way you do anything is the way you do everything. If you pursue what you do with excellence, then success is bound to follow.
Phew! 2 days vs. 4 but it was just as exciting and memorizable as my first GTC. Can’t wait for the next one….In Vegas.
