World what you doing to me?

The energy in the universe is such so that what w need to be acknowledging is pushing and tempting you over and over again to see what you need to see.


Personally I have been at odds with myself lately, there is a big part of me who loves to plan and accomplish, achieve and check off that to do list. And there's another part of me that likes to flutter like a butterfly, moving from one activity to the next without being locked into any one moment at a time.

Have you ever feel like that? Like there is a war within yourself. Who wins? What does it mean? Do we need to analyze and understand it? I can tell you that is my go to, try to find the cause and understanding behind all my life's effects, qwerks, and impulses.


But as I continue along this journey I realize it's not necessary to understand as it is to allow these feels to be acknowledged. Yes, I have this feeling of unease.

There is so much power that happens when we acknowledge what is truth. It gives the feeling life and allows them to be felt (vs stuffed down or ignored). In feeling them, they then have the freedom to move along and leave. We as humans go to tremendous lengths to avoid from doing the very thing we need to do. We avoid for sitting with ourselves, we distract, we clean or organize, we shop and consume, we use substances or alcohol to numb the feelings, we bake or consume more sugar to elevate our mood. We do all these things to keep up from doing the one thing that will actually put us in peace. The whole world right now is trying to show you what you need to see. The moon and planets are all converging into this new plane of existence and inviting you to progress along with it.

But we don't when we deny our emotions. oh the Ego is terrible.

And while I realized don't need to understand all the who's and what's about why I feel a certain way, it doesn't make it easier or faster. It just is what it is. Its part of this wonderful Human Experience called life. I can offer myself graceful comfort the journey thought. Telling myself;

I am doing the best I can. I am a healing, I am safe, I am loved, I am enough.

Wanna hear something funny I do, I avoid doing affirmations. I avoid telling myself the very thing I need to hear. Isn't that silly? Why can't I tell myself I'm doing a good job? Aren't Human behaviors so strange. It's like we're just wild animals. ... Oh but we are.

Fruit in season in November: Apples, Pears, Grapes, Cranberries, Figs, Pomegranate, Kiwi, Kumquats, Grapefruit and Mandarin Oranges.

Vegetables: a fall crop of sweet peas and cucumbers, Brussels sprouts, celery, celeriac (celery root), sweet potatoes and lots of winter squash (Acorn, Buttercup, Butternut, Delicata, Hubbard, Kabocha, Spagetti, Pumpkin).

I really loved the idea of tracking the things in our live that give us the most benefit to being. And over the last 55 days I know this for sure because I've been in a 90- days tracking group! The key to hacking, is tracking or put another way, what we can track, we can grow. To keep your life moving in a positive directions its you have to take action daily.

So before bed, Lewis asks himself if he's has done the following?

- Have I done something that's supporting my health?

- Have I done something that's supporting for your heart? (Giving love / connecting with family members / enhancing relationships by having at least one meaningful interaction a day)

- Have I done something for my mind? (learning something new

- Have I done something for my dreams? Spending at least 10 minutes dedicated toward a dream. Maybe writing a book for 10 minutes.


I also loved how he shares his healing journey, how he often talks to his inner child. Being on one myself I appreciate his candor and techiques pursued.

This was everything I needed to hear that day. When I was feeling less than achieving and wanting something more, I realized how to shift my perspective and instead of waiting to arrive at a level of success I am working towards, I rather need to embrace what it means for the person I am creating, the person I am trying to be. I need to just be. Act as if. and the world will naturally catch up to me.

I learned about "agunah" and hows its when an Orthodox Jewish woman whose husband refuses to give her a divorce –She becomes a "chained wife." Yeah, that's a thing!

And lastly I reminisced about my encounters during my last in-flight movies.

Readying your Sick day Arsenal (aka Remedies)

For any ailment, the ideal remedy is to have a diverse and thriving microbiome. This wards off invaders at the front line! And when our internal environment is working optimally our immune system can tackle any cold, virus, antigen, bacteria or whatever. This is more than taking good probiotics or eating yogurt, it requires reducing your bodies overall inflammation.
